Function

Inspect, Service, and Repairs Vehicles, Trucks, Tractors, Trailers, and other Heavy-Duty Equipment. Accurate problem diagnosis. Maintain an acceptable production level; Perform routine and scheduled Maintenance Service. Provide Material Lists, and Site Inspections. Ensure Work Orders Flow, Operations Standards and Safety.

Qualifications

  • Vehicle, Truck, Tractor, and other Heavy-Duty Repair and Maintenance or similar trade.
  • Experience: minimum of 3 years’ experience in vehicle, truck and Heavy-Duty repair and troubleshooting. Repairing and maintaining mechanical equipment.
  • Servicing, repairing, adjusting, and testing machines, devices, moving parts, and equipment that operate primarily on the basis of mechanical principles.
  • Knowledge of disassembly and assembly procedures with ability to efficiently remove and install mayor components.

Objectives

  • To the extent that all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) are carry out as a routing in the operations to achieve efficiency, quality output and uniformity of performance, while reducing miscommunication and failure to comply with industry regulations.
  • To Document inspection and test results and work performed or to be performed. Document test results.
  • To Communicates clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing. Submits all documents as requested and keeps the Equipment Repair Log up to date.
  • To ensure the company’s Quality and Safety Standards are met.
  • To ensure the Policies and Procedures of the company are followed.

Skills

  • Must have excellent computer and mathematical skills.
  • Must be Self-motivated, and the ability to work independently with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
  • Must adhere to material handling standards for quality assurance, including inspection of materials, material labeling, safety hazards, storage, and spoilages.
  • Attention to detail, must work well with others and have positive attitude.
  • Scheduling time and prioritizing. Good judgment, and problem solving.
